The Military Order of the Purple Heart is sponsoring an AWARENESS Program of the 660 Veterans who take their own lives every month.
In line with that, they are "planting" 660 flags along Veterans Field in Southampton on Wednesday, June 3rd. Much help is needed? It starts at 10:00 AM and should take no more than 2 hours - depending on the amount of help.
It is recommended that you please bring something to bore a hole in the soil. A cordless drill with a 1/2" bit works really well!!
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS EFFORT TO HELP AWARENESS OF THIS SIGIFICANT MENTAL HEALTH ISSUE OF VETERANS.
