We’re excited to share an exciting update: WM has expanded curbside recycling to include plastic and paper to-go cups. This means residents in our community can now recycle these items curbside, helping reduce waste and increase recycling rates. Current vacancies:
International Property Maintenance Code Board of Appeals - (two vacancies) - Those interested please submit a Letter of Interest, complete with name, address, phone number, email and any other documents to support the Board of Supervisors in making a decision.
Uniform Construction Code Board of Appeals - (two vacancies) - Hears appeals on matters concerning the Uniform Construction Code.
Zoning Permit Requirements
Effective immediately, 5/16/25
All zoning permit applications are not to be accepted for submission unless they are filled out in their entirely. Incomplete zoning permit applications shall not be accepted and reviewed.
Additionally, a plan prepared by a licensed Engineer or Land Surveyor that shows existing improvements, proposed improvements as well as all calculations showing compliance with all dimensional and performance zoning requirements shall be required with each submission.
