Effective immediately, 5/16/25, all zoning permit applications are not to be accepted for submission unless they are filled out in their entirely. Incomplete zoning permit applications shall not be accepted and reviewed.
Additionally, a plan prepared by a licensed Engineer or Land Surveyor that shows existing improvements, proposed improvements as well as all calculations showing compliance with all dimensional and performance zoning requirements shall be required with each submission.
